She works with a range of issues from coping with a difficult psychological issue to working on habit control and goal attainment. She has particular expertise working with addictions, particularly alcohol and drug use, including work with family members. Shelley has extensive knowledge in the areas of co-dependency, communication skills, work stress, relationship enhancement, family interactions, children’s issues, health and wellness and working with anxiety and depressive disorders. She is skilled at helping clients achieve behavioral changes in a relaxed and supportive environment, often resulting in life long enhancement.
